Future Leaders is Unions 21's 6 month-long programme for union officers and middle-level leaders. It creates the space that union work rarely allows - to think strategically, to learn from people across the movement facing the same challenges, and to come back to your union leading differently.

Over four modules delivered in person in Leuven, London, and Dublin, with online sessions in between. Applications open in July.
