The aim of this pathway is to give union officers a well rounded understanding and skills needed to undertake new projects within their union.
Over the eight months of this programme, you will learn the foundations of innovation, learn the techniques for identifying challenges and explore concepts and practical insight to spearhead new projects in your union.
This is a combination of online and in person.
